Family policies
Photos of your child
We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo, and the photos on this site are examples until we replace them with our own.
When to keep your child home
We ask that your child stay home with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea or a rash we don't recognize, and come back after a full day without symptoms. If a child gets sick at the center, we call you and keep them comfortable until you arrive.
Drop-off and pickup
A teacher hands each child over at the room door. We release a child only to the people you list in writing, and we ask for ID from anyone we don't know.
Late pickup
If you will be late, call or message us. After closing time we talk with you in person; the rule is in the parent handbook.
Meals, snacks and allergies
Breakfast, lunch and a snack are served in the room. Tell us about any allergy at the tour; once you enroll, we ask again in private. Families of infants bring bottles and formula.
Naps and safe sleep
Babies sleep on their backs, in their own cot, with nothing else in the cot. Older children rest on cots at the time each room needs.
Closures for weather and holidays
We close for church and school holidays, and we give you the list in writing when you enroll. If we have to close for snow or another reason, we tell you by text message and phone.
Leaving the program
We ask for two weeks' notice, by message or in person, before your child leaves.
